Malcolm
Pocock FRICS is a fully qualified chartered surveyor
who specialises in all types of surveys on residential properties.
Malcolm is a
fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
He
has over 30 years experience in all aspects of the residential
property market. He has also been an estate agent and property
developer and has renovated at least six houses.
He retains his enthusiasm for the job and enjoys advising and
helping people through the property purchasing maze.
In his spare time he enjoys watching most sports, travel, reading
and playing golf embarrassingly badly.
